Clumping of the fruit powder
Most of our powders are made from 100% natural fruits, so some natural clumping occurs. Some other powders may contain anti-caking agents such as maltodextrin. We prefer to deliver a 100% fruit powder. These lumps do not affect the taste or quality of the product. If necessary, the powder can be passed through a sieve or crushed with the back of a clean spoon if you want to use it as a dry grit.
The product may differ slightly from the pictures because it is a natural product. The color, taste and smell can therefore depend on the delivery and the time of year.
How do I prepare the superfood breakfast bowl?
Our Superfood Bowl only contains foods with a high content of vitamins, minerals and / or secondary plant substances. For the superfood bowl you need 250 grams of yogurt as a base, similar to the other breakfast bowls. You then mix it with Dattelmann’s Superfood Mix and a little date syrup. Then garnish the bowl with our royal Sukari dates, cocoa nibs, walnuts and cashew nuts. And the superfood breakfast bowl is ready!

1. Unroasted cocoa nibs in organic quality (500g)
What are cocoa nibs?
Cocoa bean nibs (fragments), unroasted. Cocoa nibs are peeled cocoa beans that have been finely chopped. The fermented cocoa beans are dried and sorted at temperatures of up to 50 ° C (raw vegetables up to max. 45 ° C). The beans are then peeled, cleaned, chopped and packaged. With their strong cocoa aroma, cocoa nibs enhance any savory or sweet dish. The intense taste is quickly addicting and irresistible.
2. Sukari soft dates with core (800g)
The royal dates, as the Sukari are also called, are cone-shaped and have wrinkled skin. Their color is a strong brown with golden yellow tones and they have a caramel-like, fruity taste with a silky aftertaste of honey. These delicious dates come from Al-Qasim in Saudi Arabia. They’re not overly cute, but they’re pretty soft and just pure enjoyment!
3. Muesli superfood mix organic (400g)
The superfood mix combines chia seeds with the fine sweetness of cranberries , trendy, tart-sweet barberries and aromatic green raisins . 4. Whole walnuts organic (500g)
Walnuts have a characteristic taste. A popular brain food of young and old. Due to the deep nutty taste, walnuts go very well with dates. But walnuts are also versatile and delicious as a crunch in a salad or crumbled over soup. Our walnuts are of the best quality and are therefore not broken, but whole.
