Serves 6 / 15 minutes preparation time
- 500g ripe plums
- 1/2 lemon
- 6-8 tbsp date sugar (adjust according to taste)
- Squeeze the lemon. Wash and cut the plums in halves.
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix until you have a uniform mixture. Place the bowl in the fridge until cool.
- Prepare the sorbet according to the indications of your ice cream maker or pour the mixture into ice cream molds if you don’t have an ice cream maker.
