Salted Caramel Date Fudge


  • 1 cup pitted Sukari Soft Toffee dates
  • ½ cup cashew nut puree
  • ¼ tsp ground vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp lucuma powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour



Mix all ingredients in a blender until you get a smooth mixture. Line a tray of 15 x 15 cm with parchment paper. Spread the mixture on the tray and press evenly with a spoon.

Let harden in the fridge overnight. Take out, cut into small squares and sprinkle some salt on top.

Store in the fridge.
