Vegan Date Cake

Vegan cake

This super yummy, vegan date cake is quite simple to make.

It’s surprisingly moist, and of course without eggs or milk!

All you need is:

1 cup Sukari dates

1 cup of flour

1 ½ cups of water

1/2 cup raw chocolate powder

2 teaspoons of cinnamon

½ teaspoon baking powder


We used our Sukari dates since they are our softest and sweetest – perfect for cakes!


Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 35-45 minutes!
