Sukari Energy Balls

 

Are you a fan of energy balls? Then you should try this raw, vegan, and gluten free recipe for really tasty and juicy date energy balls!

Recipe for about 20 energy balls:

  • 250g Sukari dates
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao
  • 2 tbsp almonds
  • 30g pistachio (for the topping)
  • 30g raw cocoa nibs (for the topping)
  1. In a blender, mix the dates until you get a smooth dough. Add coconut oil, cacao and almonds. Mix again. The mixture must be homogeneous.
  2. Shape small balls with 2 teaspoons and roll them into the topping of your choice.

The energy balls can be kept in the fridge for several weeks.
