Healthy Nutella


  • 3 cups hazelnuts
  • 30 Sukari Soft dates + 100 ml oat milk
  • 300 ml oat milk
  • ½ tsp ground vanilla
  • 6 tbsp cocoa powder



Soak the dates in hot water for about 15 minutes.

In a high-speed blender, add the hazelnuts and process them, until you get a creamy butter. It shouldn’t get too hot, so you better turn off the blender from time to time to let it cool down.

Pit the dates and blend them with 100 ml oat milk.

Add the date caramel and the other ingredients to the hazelnut butter and blend until you get the desired consistency.
