Date Caramel Spread
Ingredients for 1.5 cup
– 2 cups Sukari dates, pitted
– 1 cup coconut milk
– 1 tsp vanilla extrakt
– 1/2 tsp salt
In a small saucepan, soak the dates in hot water on medium heat until soft.
In a high speed blender, mix the dates with the other ingredients until the texture is creamy and completely smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a jar and close hermetically. Store in the fridge up to 3 weeks.
Enjoy with crepes, pancakes, waffles or simply with a spoon!
