Carrot Energy Balls


For ca. 15 pieces


  • 60 g ground almonds
  • 90 g Sukari Toffee Soft
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 carrot
  • 50 g oatmeal
  • 30 g coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Zest of one organic lemon
  • Some additional coconut flakes for decoration



  1. Mash the pitted dates together with the water in a blender until they are creamy.
  2. Peel and grate the carrot.
  3. Add all ingredients to the mashed dates and blend again until you get a homogenous mixture.
  4. Form 15 small balls and roll them in the additional coconut flakes.
