For ca. 15 pieces
Ingredients:
- 60 g ground almonds
- 90 g Sukari Toffee Soft
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 carrot
- 50 g oatmeal
- 30 g coconut flakes
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Zest of one organic lemon
- Some additional coconut flakes for decoration
Preparation:
- Mash the pitted dates together with the water in a blender until they are creamy.
- Peel and grate the carrot.
- Add all ingredients to the mashed dates and blend again until you get a homogenous mixture.
- Form 15 small balls and roll them in the additional coconut flakes.
