Chocolate and peppermint bliss balls

Dates balls

  • 1 ¼ cup dates
  • ½ cup oats
  • ¼ cup buckwheat
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2-3 drops of peppermint essence

Simply blend everything and form balls with the « paste ».

Keep them in your fridge for a week or longer in your freezer!
