This healthy dessert is a perfect ending to a good meal.
Serves 4 / preparation time 20 minutes
- Steam the apples until they’re cooked “al dente”. Put the cooking juice aside.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing syrup, salt and 1 tbsp of the cooking juice.
- Serve 4 small verrines and just before serving add a little date syrup and granola.
