Crust :
– 1 cup oats
– ½ cup almonds
– ½ cup buckwheat
– 20 soft dates
– ¼ tsp salt
Caramel :
– 14 soft dates
– ½ cup oatmilk
– ¼ tsp salt
– ½ tsp vanilla extract
– Water to thin (if needed)
Topping :
– Apple
– Buckwheat
Blend all the crust ingredients until a dough consistency.
Fill some tartlets mold (covered with parchment paper ) with the dough and put them in your freezer.
Make the caramel by blending all the ingredients and adding water if necessary.
You want a thick – but not too much – caramel. When it’s done, chop some apples in little squares and put them on your tartlets crusts.
Add the caramel (it should cover the apple) and top with some thin apple wedges and buckwheat.
Let them cool in the fridge and enjoy!
