Hot chocolate is the reason why we love cold winter days. Who agrees with us?
For this recipe, we’ve substituted the conventional sugar with our date sugar. This give the hot chocolate a wonderful fragrance and a delicious caramelized flavor we absolutely love.
For 2 persons / preparation time 5 minutes
- 1 tbsp date sugar
- 1 tsp pure cocoa powder
- 3 dl milk of your choice
- Some ground pepper
- Mix all the ingredients in a small pan and warm it over low heat.
- Once it’s warm, serve immediately in a pretty bowl and enjoy!
If you like your chocolate with spices, you can also add other spices to the recipe, such as cinnamon or nutmeg.
