Dattelmann Healthy Vegan Breakfast Bowls
When experts are asked today what the most important meal is, they all agree: breakfast. A bowl of breakfast every day promises enough energy and good cheer to start the day in top form. The best part is that our breakfast bowls don’t take long to prepare and are very easy to make. In fact, you only need a few ingredients to prepare a nutritious breakfast. For this purpose, we have put together 10 boxes to make 10 different healthy breakfast bowls. Whether sweet, fruity, protein or gluten-free, there’s something for everyone. You can easily order our breakfast bowls and, with just one extra ingredient, make a complete breakfast at home. Fruit powder agglomeration
Most of our powders are made from 100% natural fruit, which results in some natural clumping. Some other powders may contain anti-caking agents such as maltodextrin. We prefer to provide a 100% fruit powder. These lumps do not affect the taste or quality of the product. If necessary, the powder can be passed through a sieve or crushed with the back of a clean spoon if you wish to use it as a dry topping.
The product may differ slightly from the pictures, as it is a natural product. Therefore, color, taste and smell may vary depending on delivery and season.
How do I prepare the Superfood Breakfast Bowl?
Our Superfood Bowl contains only foods that are rich in vitamins, minerals and/or secondary plant substances. For the Superfood Bowl, you will need 250 grams of yoghurt as a base, just like for the other breakfast bowls. Then mix it with Dattelmann Superfood Mix and a little date syrup. Then top the bowl with our Sukari Royal Dates, cocoa nibs, nuts and cashews. And there you have it, the superfood breakfast bowl is ready!

1. Organic unroasted cocoa nibs (500g)
What are cocoa nibs?
Cocoa bean nibs (fragments), not roasted. Cocoa nibs are shelled cocoa beans that have been finely ground. The fermented cocoa beans are dried and sorted at temperatures up to 50°C (raw up to 45°C). The beans are then shelled, cleaned, crushed and packaged. Thanks to their powerful cocoa aroma, the cocoa nibs enhance all salty or sweet dishes. Their intense taste is quickly addictive and irresistible.
2. Sukari soft dates with pit (800g)
The royal dates, also called Sukari, have a conical shape and a wrinkled skin. They are deep brown in color with golden yellow undertones and have a caramelized, fruity taste with a silky honey aftertaste. These delicious dates come from Al-Qasim in Saudi Arabia. They are not too sweet, but rather soft and simply a pure delight!
3. Organic Superfood-Mix Muesli (400g)
Superfood-Mix combines chia seeds with the delicate sweetness of cranberries, the trendy bitter taste of berberis and aromatic green grapes. It is complemented by tender quinoa, amaranth and toasted buckwheat with a nutty taste. Top off your favorite breakfast or delicious smoothies with this quality blend and start your day off right!
4. Organic whole nuts (500g)
Nuts have a distinctive taste. They are a popular brain food for young and old alike. Thanks to their deep nutty taste, nuts go very well with dates. But walnuts are also delicious as a crunch in a salad or crumbled in a soup. Our nuts are of the highest quality.
5. Selection Premium Cashews (500g)
Did you know that cashews are not actually nuts, but almonds? But whether they are nuts or seeds, our cashews have a crunchy, tender texture and delight all cashew lovers with their slightly buttery aroma.
In addition to our wide range of cashew nuts, we are expanding our range with Cashew Selection Premium. Cashew Selection Premium has a very fine texture and is naturally crunchy. This makes it all the more surprising that they are raw and unprocessed.
6. Date syrup (500g)
What exactly is date syrup?
Date syrup is a thick natural fruit syrup. It is made from fresh dates and is often used in the Middle East to enhance dishes and desserts. Date syrup is an excellent sweetener and can be used as an alternative to conventional sugar. Date syrup gives baked goods a delicate sweetness and a unique texture.
