This simple, “no-bake” recipe combines all four products from the bundle into an intense, chocolatey-fruity snack.
Ingredients:

200g Dattelmann Sukari Soft Dates (pitted)

150g Dattelmann Organic Premium Almonds

4 tbsp Dattelmann Organic Raw Cacao Powder

2 tbsp Dattelmann Organic Raspberry Powder

A small pinch of sea salt

Optional: 1 tbsp coconut oil (if the mixture needs a bit more binding)
Preparation:

Grind the organic almonds in a blender until they reach a fine, flour-like consistency with a few small pieces left.

Add the pitted Sukari dates, raw cacao powder, 1 tablespoon of the raspberry powder, and a pinch of salt to the almonds in the blender.

Blend everything until a cohesive, slightly sticky dough forms. (Tip: If the dough is too dry, simply add the coconut oil or a teaspoon of water).

Press the dough firmly and evenly into a small mold (e.g., a baking dish) lined with parchment paper, using your hands or the back of a spoon.

Place the brownie mixture in the refrigerator for about 1 hour so that it sets firmly.

Before serving, dust the remaining tablespoon of raspberry powder through a small sieve as a pink topping over the brownies. Cut into square pieces and enjoy!
