Here is a small overview of the different products in our Italian Christmas box:
1. Green Olive Tapenade (130g)
The green olive paste has a delicious summer taste and is perfectly suited for Mediterranean cuisine. It is perfect as a spread, to accompany grilled meats or as pesto for pasta. Our olive paste is vegan, gluten-free and made from 100% fresh Spanish olives. In addition to Italian and Greek olive paste, Spanish olive paste is very popular in Mediterranean countries. The reason for this is simple: the conditions for growing olives in the southern European countries are perfect. It is not without reason that Spain is the largest producer of olive oil in the world and produces some of the best olive oil with its Picual olives. If you want to convince yourself, don’t hesitate to try one of our high quality Spanish olive oils.
Keep in a cool place after opening and consume within 5 days.
2. Black olive tapenade (130g)

3. Gluten free penne rigate from Italy (400g)
Do you love pasta but are gluten intolerant? No problem! For the production of Penne Rigate from Italy, we do not use durum wheat semolina containing gluten, but only corn and rice flour. Because taste and quality are most important to us, our selected pasta is exclusively handmade and produced in Italy, the land of pasta and pizza.
The pasta has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture and should be kept cool and dry between 10 and 20° C after opening.
Preparation:
Bring a large amount of water to a boil, season with salt and cook the pasta in it at a rolling boil for 6 to 9 minutes.
4. Organic sweet paprika powder (75g)
In Germany, sweet paprika powder is the most popular variety of paprika. Sweet paprika powder is, as the name suggests, a rather less pungent paprika powder and enchants rather by its finely fruity and at the same time mild and spicy taste. In order to achieve this rather mild taste, we remove not only the core and seeds, but also the walls of the peppers. Moreover, our ground sweet paprika powder contains no additives, so you can be sure that it is 100% natural. We have also not added any glutamate, other flavor enhancers, gluten, or artificial additives or preservatives.
5. Organic salted dried tomatoes (200g)
The tomato is one of the most popular vegetables in Germany and belongs to the Solanaceae family. Like fresh watermelons, fresh tomatoes have a water content of about 90%. However, they can be dried to keep them longer, just like our dried watermelons. And don’t worry, the taste and all the healthy ingredients are fully preserved during air drying. In addition, our tomatoes are not sulfured and are therefore 100% natural.
Dried tomatoes are intensely fruity and sweet and, as the name suggests, quite dry. The difference with our other dried tomatoes is that they are salted in order to preserve the tomatoes and keep them longer. Their taste is therefore a combination of a very aromatic tomato taste and a salt aroma.
