Because the taste and quality of our products is most important to us, our selected pasta is made by hand, following the old Italian traditions and procedures. The quality of the pasta is ensured by the fresh, regional durum wheat, which is characterised by a high content of lipids, amino acids, minerals and vitamins. Italian pasta is popular and well-known all over the world, as its taste, consistency and freshness are unmatched anywhere else in the world.
Our pasta recommendation
We find our pasta especially delicious when combined with our artichoke cream. Simply use the artichoke cream as a pesto and combine it with your favourite vegetables for a delicious culinary adventure. For fans of fusion cuisine, we recommend trying our Italian pasta with our seaweed products, such as the seaweed salad with olive oil.
Bring plenty of water to the boil, add salt and cook the pasta in it for 10-14 minutes – depending on the desired hardness – until lightly bubbling.
Storage and shelf life of the pasta
The pasta has a shelf life of 36 months from the date of production and should be stored in a cool, dry place between 10 and 20°C after opening.
