Chilli flakes without seeds
Chilli flakes are coarsely ground from dried chilli peppers. Chilli flakes without seeds give dishes a more pleasant, spicy heat than chilli flakes with seeds. That is why our chilli flakes, which have a very aromatic fragrance, are versatile in the kitchen. Either for seasoning during cooking or alternatively for seasoning at the table.
Chilli flakes are used around the globe in various dishes. Whether in chilli con carne, gyros, Thai curries or just as a topping on pizza, the flakes are universally popular.
Our personal tip: Make your own chilli oil with our chilli flakes and one of our olive oils. All you have to do is pour about one tablespoon of the flakes per 250 ml of olive oil into a seal-able container. You can easily control the level of spiciness by either using more flakes or storing the container with the chili oil longer.
But be careful: Don’t forget to wash your hands after use so it doesn’t burn!
