Zaatar
Za’atar is a very aromatic, wild spice plant. The taste is a mixture of thyme, marjoran and oregano. The word za’atar from Arabic language means “thyme”. The herb is also known as “Syrian Marjoran”.
Our Zataar is a traditional spice mixture that is often served as a “breakfast spice” with bread, oil, hummus, salads, but also in marinades, dips, dressing or with vegetables.
