Gluten free casarecce from Italy
You love pasta but suffer from a gluten intolerance? No problem! For the Casarecce from Italy, no gluten containing products are used, only corn and rice flour. Since taste and quality are most important to us, our select pasta is handmade and produced exclusively in Italy – the land of pasta & pizza.
The pasta has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of production and should be stored in a cool, dry place between 10 and 20°C after opening.
Preparation
Bring plenty of water to the boil, add salt and cook the pasta for 6-9 minutes.
Our pasta recommendation
We find our pasta especially delicious in combination with our artichoke cream. Simply use the artichoke cream as a pesto and in combination with your favourite vegetables the whole thing makes a delicious and culinary adventure.
