Organic coconut blossom sugar
Traditional product from pure manual labor: men, so-called sap gatherers, climb up to the palm frond and scratch the coconut blossoms. The nectar that drips out is collected and immediately boiled down over an open flame. It then cools slowly while being stirred and crystallizes into sugar.
Preparation
Sugar with a special caramel taste, suitable for alternative sweetening. Made purely by hand: the nectar harvested directly from the flower on the palm tree is immediately boiled down and crystallized into sugar as it cools.
