Dattelmann Healthy Vegan Breakfast Bowls

When experts are asked today what the most important meal is, they all agree: breakfast. A bowl of breakfast every day promises enough energy and good cheer to start the day in top form. The best part is that our breakfast bowls don’t take long to prepare and are very easy to make. In fact, you only need a few ingredients to prepare a nutritious breakfast. For this purpose, we have put together 10 boxes to make 10 different healthy breakfast bowls. Whether sweet, fruity, protein or gluten-free, there’s something for everyone. You can easily order our breakfast bowls and, with just one extra ingredient, make a complete breakfast at home. Fruit powder agglomeration

Most of our powders are made from 100% natural fruit, which results in some natural clumping. Some other powders may contain anti-caking agents such as maltodextrin. We prefer to provide a 100% fruit powder. These lumps do not affect the taste or quality of the product. If necessary, the powder can be passed through a sieve or crushed with the back of a clean spoon if you wish to use it as a dry topping.
The product may differ slightly from the pictures, as it is a natural product. Therefore, color, taste and smell may vary depending on delivery and season.

 

How to prepare the chia & prune breakfast bowl?

If you order our breakfast bowl box, you only need one extra ingredient to make a delicious breakfast. We recommend a delicious yoghurt for this – whether you prefer vegetable or milk yoghurt, it’s up to you. First take 250 grams of yogurt and mix it with 1 teaspoon of psyllium husk. If you want, you can add some protein powder to make your bowl more protein-rich. Now that we’ve created the base ingredient, it’s time to move on to the toppings. Simply top the bowl with our toasted almonds, porrdige quinoa, chia seeds and plums for a gut-perfect breakfast bowl. The psyllium husks, in particular, are very good for digestion, as they promote the growth of gut-friendly bacteria and reduce inflammatory processes in the GI tract more quickly. In general, the bowel-friendly breakfast bowl has many dietary fibers that promote intact digestion.

 

Here is a small overview of the different products contained in our chia and plum breakfast bowl:

1. Roasted almonds without salt (250g)

Our salt-free roasted almonds are distinguished by their aromatic taste. The pleasantly sweet, unspiced almonds are also highly nutritious with a high protein content and a large number of unsaturated fatty acids. In addition, nuts are high in nutrients and vital substances. They offer a wide range of flavors for athletes or people who are careful with their diet.

Almonds are best eaten as a snack, but they are also delicious in cereals or in pastries.

 

2. Organic chia seeds (500g)

Chia is an annual summer herbaceous plant of the Labiatae family, whose botanical name is Salvia hispanica L.. It is native to Mexico and is cultivated in many Latin American countries. Seeds are black to gray, oval and small. Chia seeds are a good source of protein and are high in fiber.

 

3. Organic blond psyllium (400g)

Psyllium husks are rich in fiber (85g/100g) and have a high swelling power. It is therefore important to consume them with plenty of liquid. They have an almost neutral taste and complement mueslis, toppings, smoothies and pastries.

(This cereal/pseudo-cereal is gluten-free by nature. It is therefore suitable for anyone who wishes to voluntarily give up gluten. However, it cannot be considered gluten-free (<20mg/kg) in the legal sense of the term, as gluten may have been transferred into the product during the production process.

 

4. Organic coconut shavings (500g)

Organic coconut shavings are not only a must for soups and African dishes, but organic coconut chips also give a real kick to every plate as vegan coconut bacon. Our coconut chips are also ideal as a snack. They are surprisingly juicy and crunchy. They are intentionally cut a little thicker to retain their intense juicy flavor. No sugar or unnecessary ingredients are added during production, so it is an all natural product. Our coconut chips are also of organic quality, as we support sustainable agriculture, which works without pesticides that are harmful to the environment and health.

 

5. Prunes (500g)

Prunes belong to the Rosaceae family, more specifically to the Prunus genus. There are more than 2000 different species of plums. They are blue-purple in color and it is often difficult to separate the pulp from the stone. It’s all the better that our dried plums are pitless.
