Roasted and Salted Cashews
The aromatic and crunchy cashews are dried in the sun after harvesting. After drying, the cashews are cracked, sorted, roasted and refined with salt. Roasting produces roasting substances that give the nuts a special flavor. Our roasted and salted cashews are most popular as a pure snack, but can also be used as desired in cooking & baking.
Ingredients of Cashews
In addition, cashews have quite a lot of important nutrients. They are a high-quality vegetable protein source with 18g protein per 100g. They also provide you with high quality magnesium, potassium and zinc, as well as a good portion of the amino acid tryptophan. Tryptophan is converted in our body to the happiness hormone serotonin. This means that our cashews make a good mood and also taste super delicious!
