Recipe: Carob Banana Bread Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup organic carob powder
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, melted coconut oil, honey, and vanilla.
