Date paste is a soft, compact and sweet paste with a consistency reminiscent of marzipan. The paste is made of crushed and carefully processed pureed dates.
Date paste is ideal for sweetening desserts or bars. It is also a delicious and healthy base for Bliss Balls and other raw delicacies.
