Hey Community, I'm Hanna, a food technologist and co-founder of Dattelmann Germany. For me, cooking is "nourishment" & "expression". Colorful hearty bowls and salads are my favorite creations. This is practical, because Dattelmann has practically all the dry ingredients that are needed for a hearty bowl. I am currently experimenting a lot with our new algae products.
